Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

At Beth and Company, we strive to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and securely.  We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Carriers we use are USPS, UPS and FEDEX. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via USPS. From October through December, please allow 3-7 days for order creation/shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at check out based on the destination, weight, size of packaging and shipping method selected.  You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.  Please note that during busy seasons like Christmas, carriers may encounter delays due to heavy volume of packages. Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Beth and Company. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 15 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, unless packaging was damaged during shipment. To initiate a return, contact us via email. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
